But we understand that sometimes it takes a bit of time to find the perfect fit.
Whether you need something a little tighter, looser, or just different, we’ve made our return policy as easy as possible for you.
Not quite right? No problem
You can return your product within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
How to return your item:
- You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Feel free to use any shipping service that suits you best!
- Please hold on to your shipping receipt and any related documents until your refund is processed—just to be safe!
Shipping from outside the EU?
You may need to include extra customs documents and cover additional charges. It’s a good idea to double-check with your preferred courier before sending your item back.
Customs Fees & Lost Parcels
Unfortunately, we can’t cover customs fees or handle parcels held by customs. If your parcel is returned or held up, we won’t be responsible for any associated fees or delays.
Similarly, we’re unable to take responsibility for returns that are lost in transit, so please ensure your parcel is tracked!

Refund process

Exchanges
We’re currently unable to process exchanges. If you’d like to switch sizes or styles, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
