You can return your product within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
You may need to include extra customs documents and cover additional charges. It’s a good idea to double-check with your preferred courier before sending your item back.
Unfortunately, we can’t cover customs fees or handle parcels held by customs. If your parcel is returned or held up, we won’t be responsible for any associated fees or delays.
Similarly, we’re unable to take responsibility for returns that are lost in transit, so please ensure your parcel is tracked!

These are my absolute favourite jeans. They fit well, are comfortable all day long and look good. I own them in three different washes. You won’t regret buying these.
I bought the same size in a different style - and should have exchanged them after trying on but wore them that day instead. By the end of the day they were slouchy as they are clearly too big for me. I an so disappointed as I have loved all the Duers I have had to date but now that I have worn them i feel i am stuck with them.
