You can return your product within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
You may need to include extra customs documents and cover additional charges. It’s a good idea to double-check with your preferred courier before sending your item back.
Unfortunately, we can’t cover customs fees or handle parcels held by customs. If your parcel is returned or held up, we won’t be responsible for any associated fees or delays.
Similarly, we’re unable to take responsibility for returns that are lost in transit, so please ensure your parcel is tracked!

My wife and i just finished a nine-day walking tour of London, and my Duer jeans were my go to look for our Soho-based adventure. We averaged six miles a day, and nothing was more comfortable than my Duer jeans, and that included our nine-hour return flight home. The gusseted crotch is the feature I didn’t know I needed that will forever dictate what pants I buy. Love these and looking forward to buying more when gray colors are back in stock!
My Duer jeans are teriffic. I have several pairs now and actually wore out my last pair of Duer jeans. I have made mistakes in the past ordering the wrong size so I have a couple pairs in my drawer that will be good once I gain some weight. I’ll keep buying them because they feel great on and look good.
I am 5' 10" tall...156 lbs....these guys have a 28×32 inch sizing that fits like a glove. So hard to find my size...plus the product itself is so comfortable...great styling....and shipping was like 3 days to Calgary.
